48park Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 48park ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of all services offered through the 48park website and mobile application, including sports betting, casino games, slots, eBingo, online poker, and any other features made available to registered users.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the 48park platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

02 Eligibility

03 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account on 48park. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. If you already have a 48park account, you must not create a new one — even if your original account has been suspended or closed. Contact support to resolve any access issues with an existing account.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number or email address. Providing false information at registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person. 48park strongly recommends enabling OTP (one-time password) verification for your account, which adds an additional layer of security for logins from new devices and for withdrawal requests.

Account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is required before withdrawals can be processed. The verification process involves submitting a valid government-issued ID and may include additional documentation depending on transaction volume. KYC is a standard requirement for all online gaming platforms and is in place to protect players and the integrity of the platform.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 48park are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and all displayed balances, bet amounts, and winnings are in PHP.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine bank transfer, online banking, mobile banking, GCash, and Maya. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or payment methods for gaming transactions on 48park.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are shown at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your account promptly upon confirmation by the payment provider, though processing times may vary.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for deposits where possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). 48park reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by method and are communicated at the time of the withdrawal request.

05 Betting Rules

Bets placed on 48park are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, game, or event. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the relevant rules for that market.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after the confirmation screen has been accepted.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to each market and are shown in the bet slip before confirmation.
• 48park reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error — for example, odds that were clearly and materially wrong relative to the true probability of an event.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport. In most cases, single bets will be voided and the stake returned; parlay legs involving a voided event may be settled as if that selection did not exist.
• For live in-play betting, 48park may suspend markets at any time. Bets confirmed before a market suspension are honoured; bets placed during a suspension are void.

The settlement of bets is based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body of the sport or competition. In cases of dispute, 48park's determination — based on available official sources — is final.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

48park offers promotions and bonuses to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion details, which are published on the Promotions page.

General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each offer.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the applicable wagering conditions.
• 48park reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting pricing errors to guarantee bonus conversion — will result in all associated bonuses being voided and may result in account closure.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 48park and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and bonuses, and permanent closure of your account:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity that violates applicable Philippine laws related to financial crime.
• Fraudulent chargebacks — disputing a legitimate deposit transaction with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for gaming.
• Collusion in poker or other multi-player games — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match manipulation — placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge or are in a position to influence the outcome.
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated betting tools of any kind.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false identity information at registration or during KYC verification.

48park monitors accounts for unusual betting patterns and reserves the right to investigate any account it has reasonable grounds to suspect is engaged in prohibited conduct. All findings are final subject to the review process.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

48park reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including where:

• A player is found to have violated any part of these Terms.
• Identity verification documents cannot be confirmed as authentic.
• Suspicious betting patterns or fraudulent activity is detected.
• A player requests self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period, as defined in 48park's internal policy.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, verified funds will be returned. Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily should contact support — this is separate from self-exclusion, which is a responsible gaming measure.

09 Responsible Gaming

48park takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is for entertainment and is not a way to earn income. There is no system, strategy, or betting approach that guarantees consistent profits — outcomes in sports and casino games involve chance and risk.

12 Changes to These Terms

48park reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified through in-platform messaging or by email to the address registered on the account. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

Your continued use of the 48park platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
